We hope that you love all your purchases from Elly Jade Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
To begin the return process, please email and one of our team members will be able to confirm your return and provide you with all of the necessary information.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
When is my return processed?
Returns are processed within 5-7 days of delivery. A return must be sorted, inspected and processed before your store credit is issued. Store credit is not issued the day your return is delivered. Thank you for your patience! We are not responsible for lost returns. We recommend holding onto your tracking number for your records.
Items purchased with store credit, during a sale, or with a discount code are Final Sale (welcome codes do not apply and are eligible for return).
Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, bodysuits, graphic tee's and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, leggings, etc, will NOT be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at and forward photos of any damage.
We will gladly exchange your unused, undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 14 days from the Date of Purchase. Please contact us at prior to mailing the item(s) for specific instructions.
